It’s time for a good old fashioned car game. With this road sign scavenger hunt, you’ just hand it out, and then the fun begins. Start looking for signs to cross off the list as you head for a drive or while you’re on a road trip. It can be a good game to do as individuals or as a group, depending on where you’re going or how far you’re traveling.
Want to make your own hunt?
If you’re on a road trip, then chances are this hunt won’t last long. You’ll get through it quickly. So now make up your own—or encourage your kids to make one. This works even better if you have two people making it for one another. (Don’t involve the driver.) To make your own, take a single sheet of paper and write down (or draw ) the signs you want the other person to find. Then trade papers and go!
